Financing Manager

We are looking for an active, customer-focused Financing Manager to join the team at our Loimaa branch. As Financing Manager, you will be responsible for your own customer portfolio and actively work on acquiring new customers. You value knowing your customers and want to support their wealth-building by offering comprehensive banking services. In this varied role at a small branch, you will also have the opportunity to serve customers broadly, including in the main service point’s day-to-day services. The position is permanent and full-time. We hope you can start as soon as possible, depending on your situation. What we hope you bring Previous experience working with financing, saving and investing. You do not necessarily need to be a seasoned professional, as you will be able to continue developing your expertise in this role. Strong initiative, an active approach and enthusiasm for sales—you will build your own customer portfolio and independently take care of customers’ finances. A customer-oriented mindset—you want to provide our customers with the best possible service and are motivated by achieving sales targets or exceeding customer expectations. Team spirit and collaboration skills—you are ready to help and support your colleagues and take on different tasks when needed to achieve shared goals. Good communication and networking skills. Motivation to learn new things and develop yourself. A suitable educational background, for example in business, and fluent Finnish.
