Reporting to the North American Supply Chain Systems and Training Senior Manager, the North American Supply Chain Systems and Processes Senior Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Prysmian’s Supply Chain technology needs across North America. This position serves as the key liaison between Supply Chain, IT and other functional areas across North America to ensure system solutions effectively meet business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong mix of supply chain knowledge, systems expertise and communication skills. Principle Functional Responsibilities Systems Leadership & Integration - Is an integral part of our ERP implementations, with specific focus on Supply Chain Planning and Logistics. - Leverage Supply Chain Planning experiences and system knowledge to drive efficiencies and optimize supply chain processes. - Drive the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of the Kinaxis (Maestro) Central Planning platform across North America. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work cross functionally and collaborate with IT, procurement, logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs. - Act as a liaison between IT, Supply Chain and other functional areas, ensuring clear communication, understanding and alignment between all teams. - Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment while effectively engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Process Standardization & Optimization - Champion the use of systemic Supply Chain toolsets to create standardization across our North American teams and facilities. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve system utilization, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. Project & Change Management - Participate in all project phases of system implementations and integrations, from initial design and implementation to system integration and optimization. - Participate in Change Management activities within and throughout the entire Supply Chain in North America. Safety & Compliance - Promote and ensure a safe and environmentally compliant work atmosphere. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems and / or General Business - Five (5) or more years of supply chain, warehousing, materials management, and /or distribution - Strong familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and other supply chain management software - Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and tools - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions - Willingness to travel based off project requirements and needs Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with Kinaxis (Maestro) - System integration experience - Solid project management and organizational skills

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems and / or General Business
- Five (5) or more years of supply chain, warehousing, materials management, and /or distribution experience
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and other supply chain management software
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Willingness to travel based off project requirements and needs
