Gym Ambassador

Are you an energetic people person who enjoys the gym and wants to help build a positive community around fitness? We are looking for a Gym Ambassador to join the Kuopio Fitness24Seven team. In this role you will be the visible face of the gym, a community builder and a key part of our customers’ daily training experience. The Gym Ambassador ensures every member feels welcome, gets help when needed and experiences belonging in our gym. You will work at Kuopion Keskustan standard gym and at the Kuopio Vuorikatu Group gym opening in October. This is a part-time position at 9 hours per week with shifts Monday–Friday and a starting wage of €12.30 per hour. Your responsibilities include actively welcoming members, guiding use of equipment and safe training, onboarding new members to our services, supporting events and campaigns, collecting feedback and identifying improvement ideas, and acting as a vital link between customers and the gym to direct members to the right services. We pride ourselves on a friendly, energetic atmosphere and high customer satisfaction. We value a positive attitude, energy, willingness to engage with people and the ability to communicate fluently in Finnish and English. A background in sports/fitness is a plus but not required.
