Early Childhood Education Teacher

The position is for a full-time, permanent role at Keimolanmäen Daycare in Vantaa, Finland, starting 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The daycare operates with a home-area model, comprising six home areas, each with two child groups and dedicated spaces. The staff include early childhood teachers, assistants, two senior early childhood teachers, a developmental nurse, and other support staff. The role focuses on teaching 1–3 year olds, implementing the early childhood education curriculum in small groups, and participating in a positive behavior feedback-based ProVaka model which emphasizes inclusive practices and consistent guidance. The workplace offers thorough onboarding, mentorship opportunities, and a supportive, positive work environment. Regular shifts run roughly 7:50–16:09 with a dedicated sak day each work cycle and a once-weekly sak time for all teachers.
