The Role Interested in developing innovative solutions using Artificial Intelligence? We are looking for a person with initial software development experience who wants to grow in the field of AI applied to real enterprise environments. You will participate in a strategic digital modernization project for the public sector with real citizen impact. The work will be performed onsite at the client offices, located in central Madrid, Embajadores area. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software components following good engineering practices. Participate in the design, development and integration of AI-based solutions. Collaborate in the creation and improvement of conversational assistants and smart applications. Integrate applications via APIs and web services. Analyze and resolve technical incidents with the team. Perform unit testing and support software quality activities. Document developments and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools. What we offer: Learn and develop professionally in AI technologies, software development and cloud. Who You Are Essential: Education in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or similar disciplines. Programming experience in Python, Java or similar technologies. Basic knowledge of application development and REST APIs. Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases. Interest in developing AI-based solutions. Ability to learn, teamwork and problem solving. Academic, personal or professional experience in AI projects. Desirable: Specialized AI training via bootcamp, master, certification or courses. Knowledge of Generative AI, conversational assistants or Large Language Models (LLMs). Familiarity with concepts such as Prompt Engineering or Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
