You will join as a Video Editor Intern to take ownership of the essential editing tasks that keep the machine running: derushing, assembly, formatting, exports, shorts adaptations. These tasks are mandatory, they can't all be automated (yet), and doing them well frees the senior team to focus on craft. Your work directly increases the channel's output capacity. In parallel, you'll learn our full production system and be pushed to automate and accelerate your own workflow with AI.

Responsibilities
- Derush and prepare raw footage for the senior editing team
- Edit recurring formats: intros, shorts/reels adaptations, standard segments
- Handle exports, file organization, and project hygiene across the pipeline
- Use and improve AI-assisted workflows (asset generation, transcription, automation of repetitive steps)
- Contribute editing ideas: pacing, sound design, motion, thumbnails
Requirements
- Solid Adobe suite fundamentals: Premiere Pro required, After Effects a plus
