Building Cleaner

We are looking for energetic, customer‑friendly and responsible cleaners for a variety of cleaning tasks in the Tuusula Jokela area. You will contribute to important work ensuring pleasant and safe spaces, with daily impact in schools and kindergartens where cleanliness creates a good environment for our customers. The positions start 1 September 2026 and are permanent. Working hours are 25–32 hours per week, weekdays 6:00–15:00. You will be responsible for daily cleaning of different sites using modern cleaning equipment and machines, and being able to operate them or learn to do so. The work is independent but you will not be alone; you will have a professional team and a supervisor to support you. We offer a permanent contract, pay according to the property services union agreement, pay grade PR 2 (12.59 €/h) and possible training allowance, clear onboarding and a relaxed yet professional team atmosphere, modern tools, opportunities to develop your skills and train further, comprehensive occupational health care and Edenred employee benefits after the probation period. We hope you have a qualification in cleaning services (institution cleaning / facilities cleaning) or be willing to complete it via apprenticeship, at least one year of experience in cleaning or cleaning services, the ability to work well both independently and in a team, a careful and responsible attitude and good physical fitness, fluent Finnish for everyday work, a valid occupational safety card, and a valid B driver's license with the possibility to use your own car between sites.
