Field Sales Representative for B2B Sales, Kemi Would you be interested in working in a large, growing and developing Nordic organisation that aims to be an unbeatable partner for its customers and employees? What does the role involve? As a field sales representative, you are responsible for acquiring new business customers and developing existing customer accounts in your sales area. You are responsible especially for selling workwear and personal protective equipment, while serving customers broadly across our entire product range. The role focuses on new-customer acquisition, identifying customers’ needs and offering solutions from our wide range of workwear, personal protective equipment, tools and industrial supplies that support their business. In Kemi, you will work as part of a small and close-knit team where everyone’s contribution is important. We value cooperation, flexibility and a willingness to get involved in the store as well, for example during busy periods and staff absences. Main duties: • Actively acquire new customers and develop designated customer accounts in the Kemi area. • Identify customer needs and offer solutions that support their business. • Sell within your own sales area and direct customers to visit the area’s stores. • Independently plan and carry out sales in your own sales area. • Work closely with the store team and, when needed, participate in daily customer service and sales in the store. What do we expect from you? You will succeed in the role if you have experience in successful B2B sales and new-customer acquisition; an initiative-taking and goal-oriented approach; an energetic and active attitude to sales; the ability to build long-term customer relationships; good interaction and negotiation skills; the ability to react quickly to changing situations and move smoothly between tasks; a willingness to learn and develop across different product areas; and good IT skills. The work requires a valid driving licence and the possibility of using your own car for work duties. Work-related driving is reimbursed according to mileage. We consider the following an advantage: experience in technical trade; familiarity with business customers in the area; and sales experience with workwear and personal protective equipment. What do we offer you? • A varied role as an expert in tools, supplies, workwear and protective equipment, working with leading products. • Permanent, full-time employment in an international and growing company. • A varied, developing, independent and responsible role as a B2B sales professional. • Fixed monthly pay and a sales bonus based on your personal results. • A good staff discount, comprehensive occupational healthcare and support for sports and cultural activities. • The support of the sales organisation, systems that support your work and, of course, your own team. The starting salary range for the role is approximately €2,600–€3,600 per month, depending on previous experience and readiness for the role. Please include your salary request and its justification in your application.
