We are seeking a practical nurse for a substitute position in Raikukuja communal housing for people with disabilities and the elderly. The unit aims to promote residents’ independence, participation and wellbeing in their own homes. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, administering medication and guiding recreational activities. The unit is 27 beds and also implements home-to-home activities. Applicants may be newly graduated or experienced; induction will be provided. We value collaboration and communication skills, the ability to work in changing situations, and a proactive approach. Laria and RAI-expertise are appreciated, as is experience working with mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation clients. Salary according to the SOTE collective agreement. The position is a fixed-term contract starting 17 August 2026 or per agreement, with a 2,676.12 EUR monthly base pay plus experience-based supplements.
