Consumer Loan Processing Support Specialist

Join Bigbank, a bank with broad international presence, as part of the Consumer Loan Processing team. You will handle customer data and loan agreement documents, input client data into the data management program, communicate with Bank customers and partner organisations by phone and email, and verify information validity in accordance with the company credit policy. You will be precise in processing and registering received loan applications and contracts. You are ready to support the sales team by communicating with customers and processing various documents, as well as performing other day-to-day tasks. You have a sense of responsibility and determination to achieve excellent results. You have completed or are pursuing higher education. You have excellent Latvian language skills and good English language skills enabling you to understand and use information in internal bank regulations.
