Project Manager

Eltelin Power business unit in Finland is seeking a Project Manager for permanent employment at one of our Kouvola, Lappeenranta or Kotka offices. The role involves coordinating activities in the distribution network team in collaboration with the team leader, covering work guidance, resourcing, documentation, scheduling, leadership, financial profitability and collaboration with subcontractors and the client. You will also be responsible for safety and environmental matters. The candidate should have a suitable electrical engineering degree or strong experience in a similar role, and knowledge of electrical distribution network construction and maintenance is valued. Previous frontline supervisory experience is preferred and an entrepreneurial, customer‑oriented mindset is required. You should be active, positive and assertive, with the ability to drive projects forward, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a results‑oriented mindset. Good IT skills and excellent written and spoken Finnish are also required.
