Logistics Coordinator / Operational Buyer

Logistics Coordinator in Espoo! We are looking for a skilled logistics coordinator/operational buyer for our client for a long-term temporary employment relationship at their office in Espoo. Over time, there is a good opportunity to become directly employed by our client. About our client: Our client is an established health technology company that offers a wide range of products and treatment methods to public and private healthcare providers. In addition, they provide training according to their customers’ needs. Job description: The work is mainly performed at our client’s office, but occasional remote-work days will be possible after the onboarding period. Your duties will include: - Placing purchase orders with suppliers - Monitoring stock levels - Ensuring suppliers’ delivery capability and proposing changes to the logistics manager when needed - Setting up new products in the system - Updating purchase prices and informing product managers of changes - Entering order confirmations into the information system - Informing customer service and product managers of changed delivery times - Entering incoming orders into the order system - Matching purchase invoices to open purchase orders in Baseware InvoiceReady - Ensuring the accuracy of product classification - Preparing shipping documents and, when needed, customs documents - Archiving materials from incoming shipments - Monitoring supply-chain-related entries in the quality system - Training and advising product managers on purchasing logistics We require: - 2–4 years of experience as a logistics coordinator/operational buyer - Suitable education, such as a logistics business degree or logistics engineering degree - An accurate approach to work - Ability to work independently - Resilience under pressure - Strong Microsoft Office skills - Experience with ERP and WMS systems (Oracle NetSuite experience is a significant advantage) - In addition to Finnish, good spoken and written English skills Application process: If you feel you are the person we are looking for, please send in your application.
