Logistics coordinator in Espoo! We are seeking a skilled logistics coordinator/procurement specialist for a long-term temporary position for our client in their Espoo office. There is a good chance of direct hire to the client’s payroll after the onboarding period. Our client is an established player in the health technology field, offering products and treatment methods to both public and private health care, and providing trainings as needed. The role mainly involves work at the customer’s office with potential occasional remote work days after training. Your duties include placing purchase orders from suppliers, monitoring stock levels, ensuring supplier delivery capability and proposing changes to the logistics manager, creating new products in the system, updating purchase prices and notifying product owners of changes, entering order confirmations into the information system, communicating delivery times changes to customer service and product owners, entering received shipments into the order system, posting deliveries to the procurement system, matching supplier invoices to open purchase orders in Baseware InvoiceReady, validating product classification, creating shipping documents and handling customs-related documents as needed, archiving received shipment materials, tracking records in the logistics quality system, and training product owners in logistics concepts. Requirements include 2–4 years of experience as a logistics coordinator/operational purchaser, appropriate education (e.g., logistics technologist degree or logistics engineering degree), accuracy, ability to work independently, resilience to pressure, strong MS Office skills, experience with ERP and WMS systems (Oracle NetSuite is a big plus), and strong Finnish plus good written and spoken English.
