We are currently hiring a RECEPTIONIST for the reception at Hotel Hullu Poro in Levi. Would you like to be part of creating a smooth customer experience in the unique environment of Lapland? We are looking for a customer-oriented, responsible, and proactive receptionist to join the Hullu Poro Oy team in Levi for the upcoming winter season. This role involves working in various reception tasks – each day offers new opportunities! As a receptionist, your duties include all front desk tasks such as check-in and check-out, reservations, customer service, phone and email communication, as well as sales of café products and souvenirs. The work begins in October-November 2026 and continues until the end of the winter season, approximately until April 30, 2027. The position is primarily day shifts but may occasionally include night shifts. Key responsibilities at the reception: Greeting guests, check-in and check-out, and providing service advice; Ensuring guest comfort and responding to inquiries; Cash register work, managing reservations, and other reception systems; Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the reception area. Expectations: Service-mindedness, cheerful attitude, and responsibility; Experience in customer service, especially in reception or hotel industry; Independent work approach and ability to handle pressure in a busy environment; Good IT skills; Fluent Finnish and English language skills; additional languages are a plus; Flexibility regarding working hours – including evening and weekend shifts.
