Site Supervisor

We are seeking a site supervisor to take responsibility for the daily management of the installation team on a data center site in Espoo. The role includes organizing and leading the daily work of about 20 installers, monitoring work efficiency and schedules, ensuring smooth operations on site, and collaborating with the client and other stakeholders. You will coordinate daily tasks and priorities, ensure safety and quality of work, and work closely with the site team and other project partners. Prior experience as a site supervisor or similar role, ability to lead and guide a crew independently, strong collaboration and communication skills, and a structured and responsible work style are required. A higher education degree in Construction or mechatronics is considered an advantage. The position requires practical experience in supervisory tasks and the ability to take ownership of the overall project.
