About the role
The role is a Cloud Solutions Architect focused on cloud infrastructure and MLOps. Design and implement cutting-edge cloud-based pipelines for ML/AI teams, act as a trusted technical advisor, and collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into scalable infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading PoCs, workshops, and training sessions; documenting Infrastructure as Code solutions; coordinating with support engineers and technical writers; optimizing pipeline performance and cloud resource usage; serving as the go-to expert for customer scenarios across product, tech support, and marketing; and supporting marketing efforts during events. The position is remote from Canada, with opportunities to work with Nebius’ global engineering teams. Requirements include 5–10+ years in cloud architecture, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, hands-on IaC tooling (Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes, Python, and GPU computing experience for ML workloads. Strong communication, customer-centric mindset, and familiarity with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks and deep learning frameworks are desirable. Compensation is competitive with a CAD salary range; On Target Earnings CAD 235k–300k.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and guide them through PoC, workshops, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Document infrastructure designs and provide technical how-tos
- Help optimize pipeline performance and cloud resource usage
- Be the single point of expertise for customer scenarios across product, technical support, and marketing
- Support Marketing during events (Hackathons, conferences, workshops, webinars)
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience as a cloud solutions architect, system/network engineer, developer or a similar technical role with a focus on cloud computing
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes, Python
- Solid understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads, GPU software stack components, including drivers, libraries (CUDA, OpenCL)
