Human Resources Specialist

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST to participate in the management and development of the company's human resources across the entire HR function, particularly in matters relate to employment relationships, payroll and reporting. You will report to the Head of Human Resources. Your duties include: Monitoring, advising, and training on employment matters, as well as collaborating with employee representatives and participating in cooperative activities Submitting and reviewing payroll documents in accordance with deadlines, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations in collaboration with the outsourced payroll administration Communicating with supervisors and employees in payroll matters HR reporting to the Group, regional organization, and the companys systems Maintaining and developing HR systems in collaboration with the HR team and different service providers Participating in the HR teams shared tasks as well as in the planning and implementation of HR events and activities Building and maintaining a positive work environment, supporting employee well-being, and developing the company culture In order to succeed, we expect You to: Have a Masters degree in a relevant field Have at least 3-5 years of experience in payroll and HR management in an industrial setting, as well as a strong understanding of collective agreements Have experience managing HR data in various systems, as well as the ability to produce accurate and reliable HR data for different organizational levels Have a customer-oriented and solution-focused approach to work and strong communication and collaboration skills Have a practical approach to work and the ability and willingness to work proactively and independently Be fluent in Finnish and English, proficiency in Swedish is considered an asset SAP proficiency and prior experience using the Linkity and Talentech HR systems are considered an asset.
