Le Ankka is seeking two cooks. One full-time position and one part-time position. The cook role at Le Ankka goes beyond the traditional kitchen duties — you will be involved in creating experience from kitchen to table. Your duties include high-quality food preparation using seasonal domestic ingredients with an uncompromising touch. You may also take dishes to the tables, present flavors to customers, and participate in front-of-house tasks. The line between kitchen and dining is flexible. You will serve customers and communicate with the team in Finnish and English. What we expect from you: versatile skills, you have formal cook training and solid experience in a restaurant kitchen, but you are not afraid of customer interaction. You are proactive, flexible, and keep a cheerful attitude even in rushes. You value domestic ingredients as much as we do. You are a team player who understands that restaurant success is a result of everyone's cooperation.
