Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher to join Kielon day care in Vantaa. The role emphasizes listening to children and guardians with a warm, professional approach. You will work within an innovative and supportive team that values a calm, inclusive atmosphere and collaborative skills. The work revolves around meeting the child and family with attention to the child’s needs in a relaxed, individual, and sensitive manner. You will contribute to meaningful daily routines for children, foster curiosity, and support environmental education through joint activities with the group and the team. The day care, opened recently in Helsinki-Vantaa region’s Tikkurila, operates with a three-carer model and collaborates with Lauhatien day care. The position is full-time, permanent, with start date negotiable around August 2026.
