Non-Sales Customer Service Representative for Telia

We are looking for a great person with a positive attitude to join Telia’s second-line customer service. In your work, you will serve Telia’s salespeople and consumer customers professionally through voice and chat channels. Salespeople contact us with questions about systems and products. We also support them in sales situations and as part of developing their skills. The customer contacts we handle are mainly related to billing and complaints. The work does not include sales. You will receive comprehensive training for the role and become part of a self-directed work community, where you can build your professional skills and contribute to implementing the customer company’s strategy. Working hours fall between 7:45 and 19:15 on weekdays. Each of us takes weekend duty in turn approximately once a month, on Saturdays from 8:00 to 16:30 and Sundays from 10:00 to 17:00. The employment is full-time, 39 hours per week, and working hours may change in the future. The Telia teams have a good sense of humour, excellent team spirit and a strong can-do attitude. The position has a fixed salary of €1,558.94 per month, supplements under the collective agreement, and a bonus model based on your own performance. The team currently earns an average of €2,400 per month. After the induction period, you may also work partially remotely if the work is going smoothly; please note that the role nevertheless requires you to live in Málaga province. You will join a close-knit Finnish-speaking work community.
