Customer Service Assistant at Santa Claus Village

Would you like to spend the Christmas season in a unique workplace at Santa Claus Village? We are looking for two energetic, customer-oriented sales assistants for the seasonal period in Rovaniemi. If Christmas, the magic of the north and cheerful service sound like you, read on! The shop sells gifts, Christmas products and souvenirs to customers from around the world. The most important thing is to have the courage to meet tourists and holidaymakers cheerfully and be yourself. A smile, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn will take you far in this job; you do not need to know everything in advance. Tasks include customer service, cashier work, displaying products, replenishing shelves and other everyday shop duties. English-language skills are essential, and other language skills are definitely an advantage. Work starts during November and continues at least until 31 January 2027, with a possible extension. One employee will work 30–37.5 hours per week and the other 10–20 hours per week. If you wish, you may also be able to work more hours.
