Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced property manager to join Ehta Isännöinti and oversee the administration of well-maintained homeowner associations. The role includes serving as a trusted advisor to boards and partners, guiding decisions, and ensuring decisions are implemented efficiently and to a high standard. You will work autonomously with support from an experienced organization and the broader Tapiolan Lämpö group. Key responsibilities include managing the property administration, contributing as a reliable partner to boards and stakeholders, and translating decisions into practical actions. You will work primarily within Espoo and surrounding areas, with flexible remote options and a strong emphasis on customer-focused service.
