Call Centre Agent

We are looking for 5 telephone salespeople for Helsingin Ikkunanpesijät Oy's B2C service sales. Do you want to be part of our growth story and sell services with real demand? The telephone sales team has been established and we are expanding by recruiting 5 new telephone salespeople. In addition to window cleaning, home cleaning services are sold to private sector customers. A wide range of additional services is available to help you increase your earnings. The sales role includes speaking with consumer customers, identifying their needs, offering the most suitable solution, and closing sales. Compensation is commission-based: 25% of the net price for window cleaning and 10% of the net turnover of house cleaning during the first 12 weeks. Entry-level sellers earn around €25/hour and experienced sellers can reach up to €100/hour. Employment model: sellers operate as entrepreneurs and invoice monthly via their own company or a freelance service. The compensation is 100% commission-based with no base salary.
