Property Maintenance

Espoo Property Maintenance is seeking a versatile property maintenance handyman. We are looking for a practical and proactive individual for diverse property maintenance tasks at Espoo Property Maintenance. The job is especially suitable for someone who handles tools confidently and can solve everyday problems sensibly. Tasks vary from repairing machines and equipment to small and, if necessary, somewhat larger renovations. The work may include, for example, repair, installation, maintenance, painting, construction, and upkeep tasks. During the winter season, the work also includes snow plowing and other winter maintenance, while in summer, tasks involve gardening and machine maintenance and repairs. The work is highly varied, and no two days are exactly the same. We value a proactive attitude, reliability, practical skills, and the ability to work independently. Requirements include practical experience in renovation, maintenance, or upkeep, initiative and problem-solving skills, and a driver's license. Preferred are a C-class license, experience with machines, tractors, construction equipment, or snow plowing, and experience in property maintenance or construction/renovation work. The start date is flexible according to agreement. Salary will be based on skills and experience.
