Sales Manager Would you like to grow a business and build new customer relationships? We are looking for an active and results-driven Sales Manager for OXO Palvelut Oy in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Your most important task will be to grow the company’s revenue and customer base over the coming years. OXO is a growing staffing-services company whose revenue in its first year of operation is expected to be around one million euros. The company currently provides staffing solutions particularly for construction, infrastructure and landscaping needs. It is also seeking growth in new industries, with manufacturing seen as an interesting opportunity. Our office is in Vantaa. What does the role involve? The core of the role is acquiring new customers and opening up new business opportunities. You will be responsible for active sales, arranging customer meetings, negotiations and building new customer relationships. Your duties include, among other things: - Actively contacting and acquiring new customers. - Taking sales negotiations through to contracts and long-term customer relationships. - Developing existing accounts and generating additional sales. - Identifying new industries and business opportunities. - Developing sales systematically and monitoring results. The role is hands-on: we expect you to actively do sales yourself and move things forward. You will not be managing an established sales team; instead, you will have the opportunity to build sales and influence the company’s ways of working from the outset. What do we expect from you? You are a goal-oriented sales professional who knows how to open doors and build trusting customer relationships. We hope you have: - Experience in target-driven B2B sales and new customer acquisition. - A track record of winning new accounts and achieving sales results. - An active, self-directed approach and good negotiation skills. - The ability to identify customer needs and build long-term cooperation. - Commercial thinking and an interest in business development. Previous experience in the staffing-services sector is a major advantage. Strong B2B sales expertise gained elsewhere can also provide excellent preparation for the role.
