The Position The Position: Senior Channel Expansion Project Manager - Hospital. Department: Multichannel Ecosystem Expansion (MCE). Responsibilities include: developing regional market strategy and execution; deep interpretation of national and provincial policy dynamics, market competition landscape, aligning product characteristics with hospital endpoints to set expansion targets and build hospital operations; project management and distributor collaboration; strengthening market reach through partnerships and distributor resources; cross-department coordination and resource integration; ensuring legal compliance and risk management; education qualifications include medical/pharmacy bachelor degree or above; 5+ years pharma industry experience with at least 3 years in sales management or project management; candidate with hospital channel strategy experience is preferred; strong business insight, risk forecasting, client management, and team leadership capabilities; fluent cross-department collaboration and growth mindset.
