Restaurant Supervisor

Northern Lights Village is seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Levi. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and developing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing inventory and costs, preparing work schedules, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen and other departments. Requirements include previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar environment, strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, multitasking under pressure, and fluent English. Preferred qualifications include hospitality or culinary education, experience with restaurant and hotel management software, high-end dining experience, and knowledge of local and international cuisines. The employment period is from September to April, with at least 112.5 hours every three weeks, and salary negotiable based on experience.
