We are looking for a mechanical maintenance technician for the Uusimaa region for industrial needs. We are seeking for a long-term employment for a mechanical maintenance technician for our client. The role includes manufacturing tasks at the site and maintenance, repair and installation tasks at customer premises. The role is heavily oriented toward the industrial sector and includes manual machining and TIG welding, for which prior experience is required. The job offers opportunities to use your technical skills in diverse projects and to further develop your professional abilities. Work starts when a suitable person is found and positions are available for the foreseeable future. Initially the role is a temporary agency assignment, but a good performer is expected to be taken into the client company’s service after the temporary period. If you have the following: experience in mechanical assembly/maintenance, TIG welding and manual machining; current professional cards (occupational safety and hot-work cards) - if you don’t have them, you will need to obtain them before starting; good Finnish language skills – the supervisor speaks Finnish; high work ethic – work is independent and you are responsible for the quality of your work; good interpersonal skills – you get along with people even in challenging situations.
