Valoo builds future telecommunications connections to Finnish homes and challenges traditional approaches in the fiber market. Growth continues as we strengthen the housing association sales team in the Pori area with an experienced sales negotiator. We are looking for a sales professional who can build trust, identify customer needs, and drive the sales process to a successful close. In this role you will work with housing associations' decision-makers and other stakeholders to build long-term customer relationships. Your day-to-day includes contacting housing association decision-makers and other key stakeholders, identifying new sales opportunities and actively reaching out, preparing and conducting customer meetings, mapping customer needs and offering solutions, participating in housing association meetings, actively advancing negotiations and sales processes, and collaborating with housing association boards, property managers and other stakeholders, taking the sales process from first contact to signing the agreement. The role blends new business development, negotiation skills and long-term relationship building. Housing association sales often require time and coordination among several parties, so the ability to keep processes under control and drive them forward is valued. The work is performed flexibly from home, at customer sites, and, when necessary, from the office. The job mainly follows office hours, but due to housing association meetings there may be occasional evening work and a need to be flexible with working hours. What we expect from you? We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented sales professional with: experience in targeted sales and a track record of results; understanding of the housing association operating environment and decision-making; ability to build trusted customer relationships and operate smoothly with different stakeholders; self-motivated, systematic and result-driven work approach; ability to lead your own sales process and keep several accounts actively moving; experience with Salesforce or another CRM system; a B-driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer meetings. We especially value experience in housing association sales and knowledge of telecommunications or fiber industry. You do not need to know Valoo’s products or services beforehand – most important is your ability to listen to the customer and find a solution to their need. Why Valoo?
