Account Specialist

Agoda is a travel-booking platform that partners with hotels and suppliers worldwide. The Growth and Accelerator team develops solutions for Agoda’s emerging and high-growth accommodation partners and supports partners to grow their markets. The Account Specialist will manage a large portfolio of emerging supply partners and assist in partnership-related functions at scale. Responsibilities include contacting high-growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities; encouraging new supply partners to complete registrations; driving program participation through focused project sprints; communicating with partners via phone, email, messaging, and webinars; training partners on Agoda’s technologies, tools and models; and prioritising daily tasks while monitoring results in internal systems. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or an execution role (fresh graduates welcome), basic computer skills, data-driven decision making, intellectual curiosity, ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment, and fluent French and English. Must be based in Cairo, Egypt.
