As a People Direct Advisor you will guide and support employees and their managers in a variety of people-related processes and services. Your responsibilities include providing expert, clear, and high-quality consultancy and ensuring a smooth service experience in various situations. You will work with defined processes, systems, and tools to help employees and managers find appropriate solutions in HR matters. The role blends service-oriented advisory work, problem solving, and close cooperation with colleagues and other stakeholders. Key tasks include advising employees and managers on HR matters, providing high-quality guidance in line with agreed processes, resolving day-to-day questions and more complex HR issues with an empathetic and solution-focused approach, ensuring timely and quality service and a positive employee and manager experience, guiding employees and managers in the use of People services and self-service tools, identifying opportunities to improve guidelines and operating methods, sharing information and know-how with colleagues, and ensuring consistent service across stakeholders. What we expect from you includes customer-oriented and proactive attitude, enjoying helping people and finding solutions, and communicating fluently with different people in a professional and solution-focused manner. You should have strong interaction, communication, and presentation skills and the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences, and the ability to cooperate effectively with people and stakeholders. Swedish language proficiency is considered an asset. Additionally, prior experience in HR tasks, people advisory, or customer service is valued, as well as good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle and employment practices. Experience with HR systems and self-service tools and handling challenging HR situations is also a plus. We also value an understanding of business fundamentals and experience in coaching or supporting supervisors or employees.
