We are seeking a development-minded early childhood teacher to join Illenpihan unit in Vantaa. The position is a temporary location-based role with the possibility to become permanent. You will help create a meaningful daily life for children by implementing sensitive, safe routines where the child is at the center. Work with a strong team; the unit operates with two teachers and one child care assistant. You will contribute to developing the unit culture and apply the ProVaka approach to support children’s social skills. Good written and spoken Finnish is required. The unit is located in Illenpihan day care, part of the Illenpihan early childhood unit in Kartanonkoski, Vantaa. Start of applications: 04.08.2026 12:00; end: 18.08.2026 16:00. Salary: 3129.46–3234.53 EUR/month, with extra allowances for relevant degrees. Evidence of required background checks will be requested.
