We are looking for a top performer in the metal industry to join us as a SÄRMÄÄJÄ in the Rauma area. We are now seeking an energetic and steady team member for a permanent position in the Rauma region. In this role you will not simply press a button, but take control of the machine and material. Your core work is: bending black iron where material thickness is mainly 1–5 mm; autonomous CNC programming and setting adjustments (read drawings fluently and adjust settings precisely); quality assurance. We expect you to have established bending experience and a positive, proactive attitude, capable of taking independent responsibility. You should be able to read technical drawings fluently; you should be careful, energetic and deliver high-quality work; Finnish language fluency for understanding work rotation and safety instructions; having your own car helps with commuting.
