Service Advisor

We are looking for a customer-oriented, energetic person with a genuine interest in people to be a customer experience ambassador at Porsche Center Helsinki, in a fixed-term, part-time position. In this role, what matters most is not just automotive experience, but a genuine desire to meet people. You will be the first person our customers meet when they arrive at Porsche Center. You will create the first impression, warmly welcome customers, look after their comfort during their visit and ensure their Porsche experience meets the standards of one of the world’s most prestigious sports-car brands. You will also be an important link between customers, the service team and other staff, helping the service process run smoothly and keeping customers informed throughout their visit. You will work mainly at Porsche Center Helsinki in Herttoniemi, but the role may occasionally include shifts at Porsche Center Espoo. This is a part-time role of 15 hours per week. Shifts fall between 8:00 and 18:00 according to the locations’ needs. We offer fixed-term employment until 30 April 2027. The fixed-term basis is that the operations of the new Porsche Center Helsinki have not yet become established. You will succeed in the role if you enjoy meeting people and creating excellent customer experiences; are approachable, positive and service-minded; can make customers feel welcome and valued from the first encounter; can work systematically in busy situations; take initiative and see things through; understand the importance of commercial service and recognise customer needs; and want to learn and develop as part of the Porsche service team. You have customer-service experience, excellent Finnish and fluent English, and a valid driving licence. Previous experience working with a premium brand and experience in spare-parts and accessories sales are considered an advantage.
