
Regional Marketing Communications Manager

We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in Infiniti's West Region. A Day in the Life: The Regional Marketing Communications Manager leads the development and execution of regional marketing and advertising strategies that drive vehicle sales, strengthen brand value, and support retailer performance. This role partners with regional leadership, national marketing teams, retailers, and agency partners to ensure effective implementation of the INFINITI Marketing Group (IMG) co-marketing program and regional marketing initiatives. Develop and execute regional marketing communication plans aligned with sales and brand objectives. Manage advertising, media, and promotional campaigns across traditional, digital, and experiential channels. Partner with agency teams to optimize media plans and campaign performance. Ensure regional marketing efforts align with national brand standards and strategies. Serve as the primary liaison between Regional Operations and National Headquarters. Provide marketing guidance and best practices to retailers and field teams. Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Manage regional auto shows, events, and experiential activations, including budget oversight and ROI analysis. Lead INFINITI Marketing Group (IMG) meetings and retailer engagement initiatives. Manage regional marketing budgets and vendor relationships. Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 6+ years of progressive marketing, advertising, or sales experience. Marketing experience required, including development and execution of marketing plans. Strong understanding of media strategy, marketing analytics, and retailer marketing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, agency relationships, and cross-functional partnerships. Ability to travel up to 25%-50%, including overnight travel. Desired: Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications. Experience with an automotive manufacturer, regional operations, dealership network, or advertising agency supporting automotive brands. This compensation range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this grade level. Requirements

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, agency relationships, and cross-functional partnerships
