Create high-fidelity, coded prototypes and interaction models for complex AI workflows.
Own high-impact initiatives from concept to production.
Lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
Advance AlphaSense’s design system and define scalable patterns.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Mentor designers and engineers, and contribute to a strong design culture.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in product design, UX, front-end engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience with modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
Experience building AI and agentic experiences, leveraging AI technologies like MCP, Claude Code, Codex, Skills.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
