Resource Childcare Worker

A Swedish-language posting for a resource child caregiver in Vanda’s Swedish-speaking day care centers. The role involves providing children with safety, care and support in daily routines, supporting pedagogy across all groups, and collaborating with a multiprofessional team to foster an inclusive culture where the child’s best is the focus. The position is with Håkansböle Daycare and Trollebo Daycare in Vanda, operating under the city’s svenskspråkiga service area and vision. The unit participates in ProSmå-projects aimed at strengthening socio-emotional skills and positive interactions throughout the daycare. Requirements include good teamwork, respectful communication with children, colleagues and guardians, and responsiveness to children’s individual needs. We offer a warm, supportive work environment and opportunities to develop and try new approaches, with a focus on wellbeing of both children and adults.
