General Practitioner in Turku, hybrid schedule, Varha program
You will work as part of a tight, development-oriented team consisting of seven doctors and 23 nurses. The unit is responsible for digital assessment of care needs across the Varsinais-Suomi region and supports flexibly the area's social- and health-centers in their core duties. You will participate in implementing and developing digital health services that complement traditional health-center work and bring care closer to customers. Your duties include consultation support and chat reception in the Varha app's "Illness and Health Care" chat, as well as consultation support and remote consultations for Varha's different social- and health-centers. If you wish, you can partly perform on-site work at one of Varha's social-health centers. Most work can be done remotely, but there is also an office located in Kupittaa, Turku, where you can meet colleagues face-to-face. Working hours are currently from Monday to Thursday 08:00–18:30 and on Fridays 08:00–16:30.
