In this role you will lead your kitchen team by example and develop operations together with the head chef and other supervisors. The job offers a diverse daily routine as the kitchen activities cover breakfast, à la carte, and meeting/event catering at the location. To succeed you will lead the team enthusiastically and set a good example, possess strong communication skills in Finnish and English, keep plans in hand even during busy periods, be proactive and solution-oriented, and have fluent Finnish and English. Your duties include daily kitchen team leadership, shift planning, placing orders and inventory management, and developing operations with other supervisors.
