Security Specialist

The Role We are seeking an Information Security professional responsible for managing users, groups, roles, and access, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices based on CIS Controls Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Responsibilities User, group, and permission administration. Access lifecycle management (Onboarding, Transfers, and Offboarding). Execution of periodic access reviews and certifications. Implementation of access controls based on least privilege. Support for audits and regulatory compliance. Monitoring and control of privileged accounts. Requirements 2+ years of experience in IAM or Information Security. Experience with Unix / Linux systems or Mainframes. Knowledge of RBAC, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Experience in access management and CIS policy compliance. Proficiency with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). Skills Analytical thinking. Attention to detail. Effective communication.
