Media Operations Coordinator

Media Operations Coordinator role description and responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of a minimum of n+10 stones per agent in line with company standards and targets, calculating daily operational capacity, ensuring stones are properly listed on the platform (FTP/direct upload verification; API live status), coordinating for newly manufactured stones to ensure certification and listing, maintaining records of stones received and counts, conducting inward checks and addressing discrepancies (missing stones, count mismatches, incorrect contents), sharing detailed stone lists with Team Leads, maintaining inward/outward records for the Media Operations department, ensuring signed acknowledgement receipts, collaborating with Team Leads to plan weekly stone requirements and workflows, and keeping suppliers informed of updates. Required skills include strong organizational and coordination skills, 2+ years of experience in any domain, attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication, proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking systems, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a problem-solving mindset. Preferred experience includes operations/supply chain coordination or diamond/jewelry/gemstone industry familiarity and inventory/logistics/supplier management systems is preferred.
