We are seeking a resource child care worker for the Svenskspråkiga daghem (Swedish-speaking day care centers) in Vanda, specifically Håkansböle and Trollebo. The role involves providing children with safety, care and support in daily routines, supporting pedagogy across groups, and collaborating with a multiprofessional team to develop an inclusive organizational culture. You will work in multiple groups, offering assistance to the pedagogical teams and engaging with children, colleagues and guardians in a respectful, attentive manner. Duties include cooperating in teams, communicating safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and responding to each child’s individual needs.
