Supervisor for Converter Substation Project

We are currently recruiting for our client in Kouvola to fill the role of Supervisor for a Converter Substation Project. The assignment is initially a six to ten month full-time project, with the possibility of extension for a capable individual. There is potential for recruitment directly to the client. In this role you will oversee the construction of the converter substation from foundations and construction phases to electrical installations and commissioning, ensuring the work progresses holistically and complies with plans, regulations and quality requirements. We expect you to have a suitable electrical engineering degree and work experience in similar roles, a valid S1 or S2 qualification, experience supervising electrical projects or leading electric projects, and a solid understanding of electrical networks or substations. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders. Bonus points for experience with converter substations or electrical substation projects, construction and electrical technical know-how, contractor collaboration and site supervision, and systematic work approach with strong documentation skills. Salary is based on the electrical and electrical installation collective agreement and falls between €4,000 and €6,000 per month, depending on experience and competence, and is negotiable.
