We are looking for an autonomous and proactive recruitment consultant to join our team. In the role you will help build effective recruitment processes for construction-industry workers and serve as a key link between employees and our clients. Our office is located in Turku at Logomo. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job advertisements, identifying and reaching out to suitable candidates, interviewing applicants, managing employment relationships, and maintaining ongoing contact with employees. You will collaborate with other recruiters and sales staff. Success in the role requires initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. We look for someone fluent in Finnish and English, additional languages are a plus. Prior recruitment experience or experience from the construction industry is advantageous. You should have good communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, the ability to handle busy situations, and flexibility in tasks and working methods.
