- Deploy and install devices
- Support mobile devices, workstations, printers, and network devices
- Manage various devices used in customer environments
Requirements
- Several years of work experience in similar roles
- Education suitable for the job
- Understanding of outsourced IT services
- Experience with device deployments
- Proactive and customer-service oriented attitude
- Excellent Finnish and English language skills
