Area Manager

Would you like to help grow a business, develop new markets, and lead A-Laiturit Oy’s Helsinki office? A-Laiturit Oy is seeking an Area Manager in Helsinki to oversee the capital region operations and play a central role in selling and developing the NorD product line and the company’s business development. Key responsibilities include managing the Helsinki office operations, expanding NorD product line sales in Finland and internationally, developing the company’s overall sales, planning and developing marketing aligned with growth targets, building new customer relationships and nurturing existing ones, identifying market opportunities, collaborating with management, other sales teams, product development, and production, and achieving sales targets while contributing to future growth. You should have experience in B2B sales and business development, have operated in the waterways infrastructure or maritime cluster sectors, be proactive, goal-oriented, commercially minded, enjoy responsibility and autonomous work, and be capable of building long-term customer relationships with strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
