Finishing Production Worker

We are looking for a Finishing Production Worker for fixed-term work in the finishing tasks of the end part of the shoe production line. Finishing tasks include applying insoles and marks, tidying up excess molding flash, and cleaning. It is important that you are precise in your work. Otherwise, the job is learnable and you will receive thorough onboarding. The work is offered from early September to mid-October, with possible continuation after that. The starting salary is 12.00 €/h. When you master the tasks, there is a possibility to join production bonuses. Work is on weekdays Mon-Fri day shift. Primary workplace is Mäntyharju (Uutelantie 24 A), but there is also a possibility to work at the Kuomiokoski factory. The Kuomiokoski factory is located between Ristiina and Mäntyharju. Distances: 14 km to Ristiina, 17 km to Mäntyharju, and 33 km to Mikkeli. The employment relationship is between the selected applicant and StaffPoint. We require a proactive and careful attitude to work, enthusiasm to learn new things, willingness to follow instructions, and Finnish language skills.
