DFX Specialist

Learn more at www.innokas.eu We are looking for an experienced DFX Specialist to join Innokas in Tallinn. You will ensure that new and existing electronics products can be manufactured and tested efficiently, reliably and cost‑effectively. You will work closely with production, product development, quality, customers and Finnish colleagues. The role combines DFX, NPI, production development and hands‑on problem‑solving in a factory environment. Approximately 80% of the working time is spent at the Tallinn factory. Travel is occasional and includes visits to Finland, particularly during onboarding. Key responsibilities Support DFX and NPI projects from prototypes to serial production Plan production lines, methods, tools and work instructions Review and preparing production documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans and DHRs Improve production efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, quality, reliability and testing Resolve production issues and support root cause analysis and CAPA activities Support product transfers, production ramp‑ups and personnel training Collaborate with customers and internal teams on manufacturability and production matters What we expect A relevant higher education degree in a technical field At least five years of experience in electronics manufacturing Experience in DFX, NPI, industrialization or manufacturing engineering Broad understanding of electronics and mechanical manufacturing Experience in production operating under applicable quality standards Knowledge of production documentation, quality methods and root cause analysis Good IT skills and experience with ERP and PLM systems, such as Lean ERP and Teamcenter Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluent written and spoken English. Estonian and Russian are considered advantages, as both are widely used at the Tallinn factory. Finnish is also an advantage due to collaboration with Finnish customers and Innokas colleagues.
