About the role

What you will be doing Doing financial and credit risk analysis of corporate customers in Baltic countries focusing on Lithuanian corporates; Providing opinions to decision-makers about credit risk of an underlying transactions; Doing industry sector overviews in Baltic countries (focus on residential and commercial real-estate development); Providing input for the development of credit procedures and rating methodologies; Consulting and conducting trainings to relationship managers in Corporate Banking Area in the field of financial and credit risk analysis, rating methodologies and credit memorandums.

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial and credit risk analyses
  • Provide risk opinions to decision-makers
  • Create industry sector overviews in the Baltics
  • Contribute to credit procedures and rating methodologies
  • Consult and train relationship managers in Corporate Banking on risk topics

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate financial and credit risk analysis in banking or financial service sector
  • University degree in economics
  • Excellent analytical skills and very good knowledge of methodologies of financial and credit risk analysis
  • Knowledge of credit risk management principles in corporate banking
  • Business mindset and ability to link work with bank objectives
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English
