Concrete element manufacturer

We are seeking a concrete element manufacturer for a client in Sastamala. The job is based in our production facility; elements are produced on-site and not in the field. The role is physically demanding but performed in a supportive team with reasonable working hours. Responsibilities include formwork, reinforcement work, casting, and the overall production of concrete elements, as well as finishing, quality assurance, and the maintenance of molds and tools. A background in general construction is advantageous. You should have relevant experience with concrete element making or construction in general, be willing to work, and have a good practical orientation. Construction education is a good basis. Working hours are typically 6–14 or 7–15 on weekdays, around 40 hours per week. Overtime is rare, typically arranged as fixed-term projects. TES: Rakennusteollisuuden TES. Salary depends on skill and experience; pay expectations are taken into account. Having your own car to reach the workplace is an asset. Cards or permits are not mandatory but are considered a plus.
